To be honest, it's not like anyone's gonna miss Finesse and everyone's just waiting for Horatio Sanz to overdose and be the hispanic Chris Farley. However, Chris Parnell will definitely be missed -- he was one of the only good straight men that show has, and had really become the new Phil Hartman in that he rarely had recurring characters, but every part he played was picture-perfect.

parnell will most certainly be missed...i thought the addition of andy samberg and the subsequent teaming of him and parnell was actually going to bring the show back to being funny again. lazy sunday was the best thing on snl in years.

SNL hasn't been funny in a long time, not since Will Ferrell regailed us with his witty banter in the form of Harry Carey.

horatio sucks. he hasn't been funny in pretty much his entire tenure there, and was physically incapable of not breaking during a sketch.

I liked finesse mitchell, but you could definitely find someone to replace him easily.

Parnell again was good as the straight man, but I always felt blas? towards him except when he rapped, because that was always top notch.

We don't need SNL anymore, we have our postmodern self-reflective Studio 60 now.

srsly. show should have been cancelled a long time ago.

amy poehler should use her big fat paycheck to get comedy central to release the remaining 2 seasons of the upright citizens brigade on dvd. it's too bad she isn't funny anymore (at least on SNL). rather tragic considering what she was once capable of...
