My "band" is playing this Monday at a Comedy show in LA. FREE at El Cid 4212 Sunset Blvd LA CA 90013 (Sliver Cake area)

The show is called Garage Comedy and is usually pretty weird/neat. A mixture of comedy (but not standup) and other stuff like music, burlesque, avant tarde performance art.

this is the 4 year anniversary show, so there is supposed to be fun/ retarded stuff happening. there is a webcast too.

the show was pretty fun. played last.. not too many fuckups, good response. i had fun.

but im not a comedian.

Were you guys that rockabilly-ish band that played at the very end? I caught like one song and a half before the online video died. When it came back there was just people standing around at the after party.

My friend Drew did the first alternative comedian bit. Not sure if my other friends went up, I tuned in around 10:30pm and didn't see them.
